Enterprise Enablement Program
Bridging the gap between innovation and execution
Program Overview
The pathway from innovation to impact
The EEP gives executives and decision-makers a structured path to evaluate whether Cardano is the right partner for their organization. Working closely with your leadership team, the Cardano Foundation and its partner network design a modular, scalable pilot tailored to your needs, removing guesswork and building toward a clear, shared outcome.
Why enterprise blockchain projects stall
Most large organizations face the same barriers when trying to adopt decentralized technologies. Even with a clear desire to innovate, five core challenges often halt progress. The EEP exists to change that by providing companies with a structured way to move past each barrier and take action.
The Local Proof Deficit
Enterprises struggle to find the right use cases that demonstrate real return on investment, making it difficult for leaders to move beyond theoretical value and commit to adoption.
Funding and Risk Barriers
High-risk research and development initiatives often lack clear ownership and funding models, increasing perceived risk without guaranteed near-term returns.
The Integration Barrier
New external technologies remain difficult to integrate securely with complex internal systems, particularly within established enterprise environments.
Talent and Capacity Gap
Access to trusted, specialized engineering talent capable of delivering enterprise-grade performance at scale remains limited.
The Trust Barrier
Organizations require clear security assurances, demonstrated credibility, and evidence of existing adoption before committing to a new platform.
From assessment to market readiness
The EEP is a structured four-stage journey designed to take your organization from foundational blockchain knowledge to a signed, live pilot — at a pace that works for your team.
Stage 1
Learning
Masterclass • 2 Hours
A high-value presentation on select topics and use cases designed to align leadership and introduce core blockchain concepts. This session provides the foundational knowledge needed to assess suitability and potential organizational value.
- Explore blockchain and Cardano through various channels
- Evaluate the technology's alignment with your goals
- Address hype and skepticism within the organization
Stage 2
Exploring
Discovery Workshop • 0.5-1 Day
A collaborative session focused on early-stage discovery and ideation to identify and map potential use cases. This leadership workshop supports internal alignment while enabling a shared understanding of your business objectives, ambitions, and organizational structure.
- Conduct small-scale trials or sandboxes to test technology feasibility
- Assess practical challenges, including non-technical considerations
- Establish clear goals and metrics to evaluate the pilot
Stage 3
Business Casing
Pilot Shaping Workshop • 1-2 Days
A focused session to scope the pilot, defining boundaries, requirements, and delivery expectations. This workshop provides a structured forum to shape the pilot in detail, aligning on the collaboration model, defined outcomes, and shared delivery responsibilities.
- Cost analysis and justification
- Benefit evaluation
- Return on investment projection
- Stakeholder engagement and advocacy
Stage 4
Piloting
Pilot Sprint • 1 Week
An intensive design sprint to test a proof of concept with real users. This is a high-effort, high-impact engagement offered to select enterprises that have completed prior stages and demonstrated clear commitment to pilot execution.
- Pilot scoping
- Pilot team and blockchain partner evaluation
- Execution planning and contracting
- Risk management and contingency planning
- Pilot application

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about the Enterprise Enablement Program.
The Enterprise Enablement Program (EEP) is a structured, expert-led engagement designed for executives and decision-makers. It provides a pathway from blockchain education through to a live solution pilot, coordinated by the Cardano Foundation alongside venture partners and implementation experts.
The program is designed for enterprises and public sector organizations that are exploring blockchain adoption but are unsure where to start. It is particularly suited to senior leaders and decision-makers who want to assess fit, build internal alignment, and move toward a meaningful pilot.
The program is modular and can be adapted to your organization's needs. The Learning stage Masterclass is typically delivered in person, while subsequent stages combine in-person workshops with remote sessions. Timelines and formats are agreed upon collaboratively.
The Foundation does not provide direct funding through the EEP. However, the program helps organizations structure a clear business case and connects them with vetted implementation partners and, where appropriate, ecosystem funding pathways. Cardano Foundation experts provide technical guidance and feedback throughout, but participating teams are expected to maintain their own development capacity.
